A Conversation Between :
The Person Who Feels Weak / The Person Who Is Strong
'I Feel Sad.' / "I'll Teach You How To Ride A Horse."
'I Feel Lost.' / "I'll Teach You How To Build A House."
'I Feel Confused.' / "I'll Teach You How To Surf."
'I Feel Stupid.' / "I'll Teach You How To Program Software."
'I Feel Depressed.' / "I'll Teach You How To Make The World's Best Brownies."
...
'I Feel Weak.' / "And I Am Going To Show You Just How Strong You Really Are."
sniff. sniff. : ' (
We have been raised to believe we need to be self-sufficient, independent, and able to stand on our own two feet without depending on anyone...god...it sure is lonely and painful living this way...
====
Please, everyone (including myself), take note :
the above was the way a person can heal another from their wounds.
How?
By those of us who feel strong showing the mind-boggingly vast majority of us who feel weak,
just how strong we really are.
Why should the strong do that?
Because they were weak once too.
The part of themselves that remembers how it felt like to be afraid of life will be honored by helping those around to enjoy the strength they themselves feel.
====
I am going to make myself strong.
And I am going to teach and share everything I know,
to make others 100 times stronger than me.
Why?
Because that's what heroes do,
and I am going to be a hero.
Why?
Because I needed a person like that in my own life,
and I will be that person for all the people who have ever felt like I did.
Believe It!

The More Control A Person Has Over Their Emotions...
"The More Control A Person Has Over Their Emotions, The More Success They Will Have." [at this stage of human evolution, when our species is still heavily emotionally constipated.]
If someone else is being more successful than you, just know that it's because they control their emotions better than you do.
THIS DOES NOT MEAN SUPPRESSION...exactly.
More accurately, they know how to play with their emotions.
They know when to feel deeply, and when to muffle their feelings to a whisper.
Choking feelings off is never good, but it's possible to negotiate with them, to encourage them to be quiet while one conducts their affairs wearing their poker face, or Jungian Mask.
Is it healthy?
God no.
But, if you express emotions too freely : you will be hurt (until humanity matures).
My advice?
Find your way to control your emotions,
guide your emotions,
negotiate with your emotions.
Your poor emotions want desperately to be freely expressed, but, just like in any Repressive Regime,
Cries for Freedom will be Brutally Suppressed.
You don't deserve to suffer.
I don't deserve to suffer.
Keep listening to your feelings.
Plan for the day they can be freely expressed.
Dictatorship in its various manifestations is only a part of humanity's evolution.
The day is coming very soon when we will be a mature enough species to allow everyone to truly just be themselves.
You can do it.
I believe in you.
I believe in me.
And...hey.
This is just a dream anyways, and really no big deal. ^_^

The Greater Control You Have Over Your Emotions...
"The Greater Control You Have Over Your Emotions, The Greater Success You Can Achieve." [at this stage of human evolution when the free expression of emotions is still mostly unacceptable]
You can use whatever techniques you find most suitable,
but keep this in mind.
Every single person whom we human beings regard as having been "successful" has had greater and greater control over their emotions.
Success and Emotional Control are Exponentially Linked.
The greater Emotional Control, the greater a person's Success.
P.S : Once more, please take what you like in what I say, and disregard the rest. I do.

The Secret To Success Is The Suppression...
"The Secret To Success Is The Suppression Of Emotion."
...how contradictory of me to say that...but, at this stage of human evolution, this is undeniably (and heart-wrenchingly saddeningly) the truth.
All successful people suppress their emotions in some way or another.
Think about it.
Successful people are renown for being able to handle whatever crises come their way with ease and aplomb.
Some do get "angry" on the surface, but their mind is working with quiet efficiency.
They are able to separate their emotions from their actions, so that the two act independently of each other.
Success is simply not possible any other way.
Difficulties will always arise.
A person's emotions prompt them to react powerfully to those difficulties, unless they are suppressed in some form.
What Do I Think?
Naturally this horrifies me to no end of course.
But, humanity is still an immature, child race, and there are nearly no genuine adults around.
By adult I mean, Obi Wan Kenobi, Mr.Miyagi, or Gandalf, human beings who have lived complete lives and achieved a state of true calm and perception, who never need to bully or insult to achieve something.
Until the majority of our species has matured, all of us need to find ways to suppress our emotions, so they do not overwhelm us.
Qualifying Suppression [This Is Important!]
By suppression I do not necessarily mean smothering.
nor stifling.
nor strangling.
I call it suppression because it is not natural to me, but, what I do could more accurately be described as channeling and conversing and unforming.
I channel my emotions into energy. I control the flow of the faucet and guide where the energy goes.
I converse with my emotions, and apologize to them for having to suppress them, but I have promised my emotions that I will create a world where they will be free to express themselves openly. They just need be patient a while longer; until then, I need their cooperation.
I unform the world when I need to, meaning I see the world as illusion, as a dream, as a game, as not being very important at all. The human experience is a very brief one. Insignificant really. Nothing really matters. It's not "bad", it's the nature of the universe. All things are transient. Holding onto the human experience is holding onto sand with the wind blowing. Just listen to the birds. Inhale air. Feel the sun. Enjoy food. It lasts only briefly and passes. No need to be sad. The universe is the universe. You choose when you want to be in the world of form and the world of being. The world of human experiences and the world of cosmic ebb and flow, devoid of good and bad.
Conclusion
If you want to be successful, find the technique that suits you to suppress your emotions.
I don't like it.
I hate it really, but, until humanity matures, we need to in order to survive and be successful.
Don't worry.
When more of us are mature, and don't react violently to freely expressing emotions, we won't have to suppress anymore.
And, here's a little secret :
when you suppress your emotions, the way you perceive your emotions changes, and you change, and you become more attuned to what you truly feel, and the quality of how you need to express your emotions changes.
P.S : Remember, my advice is only advice, only words. Take what you like, and what you don't, treat as dust in the wind. Find your own path.

Discipline Is Best When It Comes...
"Discipline Is Best When It Comes From Within, Not From Without."
People are very disciplined, when they are doing what they love.
What's the secret to a happy society?
One which is 100% Dedicated to insuring that everyone is doing what they love in life.
And we humans are very reasonable creatures.
We will do jobs which we do not enjoy if we know that our society is dedicated to making sure we will be doing what we love as soon as it is feasible.
Work as a Janitor until there is space in the Robotics Technical College?
Sure. If that's what society needs help with. Why? Because you love your society and your species and are willing to do whatever it takes to help it, because you know your society is committed to you doing what you love.

Pressure Which Is Allowed To Build In A System...
"Pressure Which Is Allowed To Build In A System Without Release, Will Inevitably Cause Damage By Either,
Bulging : Forcing The System To Accommodate More Pressure Than It Was Designed To Handle And Placing Cumulatively Increasing Strain On It, And
Bursting : Pressure Building To Such A Degree That A System Can No Longer Contain It, And It Subsequently Ruptures Resulting In Unmitigated Damage."
"To Insure That This Is Not The Case, Pressure Must ALWAYS Be Released In The Manner Most Conducive To The System Under Strain."
"The Consequences Of Not Doing So Are Constant Burstings, Ever Increasing, Until The Earth's Very Own Life Sustaining Ecosystem Itself, Bursts, Thus Ending The Existence Of Life On The Planet."
"And By Systems, I Refer To ALL Systems, Very Much Including A Person's Own Personal Life, And The Constant Pressure It Is Subjected To In An Inhumane And Unfeeling Capitalist System."
"If Our Species Wants To Continue To Exist, We MUST Evolve Beyond Capitalism Very Soon, Or Else, The Human Experiment Will End, Because The Explosion Of Pressure Our Technology Has Enabled Us To Achieve Now, Will Consume Ourselves And The Planet."
We are very much a part of the Earth.
Our little, personal problems, are the Earth's problems.
We've got to allow each other to express ourselves freely, or else the "chain reaction" of hurt feelings will domino and take us all with it.
It starts with allowing yourself to cry when you're hurt.
This is a human being's most elemental pressure release mechanism.
Holding back tears, is tantamount to signing the Earth's death warrant.
"When Tears Cannot Be Shed, Blood Is Shed In Its Stead."
