"He Who Demands Discipline From Others, Needs Others To Surround Him With Discipline, Lest He Himself Becomes Undisciplined."
Why?
Because "discipline" is an unnatural human state.
It means forcing oneself to do what one does not want to.
Forcing oneself to act how one does not feel "natural".
Demanding that human beings behave in a way that is not human, that is inhuman, and, consequently, inhumane.
Natural States of being are Naturally Self-Supporting.
What does this mean?
Take the time to know yourself, and you will act how it is natural for you to act.
No discipline required.
Poor parents who discipline children wonder why they raise people who fear them.
They mistake fear for respect. A common error to make.
Fear is born of being disciplined.
Respect is born of being loved.
I do not believe disciplining another human being is love.
It feels unnatural, unpleasant, and simply put, horrible to discipline another human being.
Is it any wonder then that it produces unnatural results.
Heil! ring any funeral bells?
sigh.
Poor Hitler.
An angry, clever boy who could only find recognition in an enraged country by being more enraged than everyone else.
